I do! I offer free 15-minute consultations via telehealth. Consultations are a great way to connect and determine if we will be a good fit for working together.

Yes! All sessions are booked through Jane, making it easier to schedule a time that works for you.

After you reach out or schedule an appointment, I will contact you to connect and confirm. You will receive a consent form and intake form but if you cannot complete them before your session, we can do it together during your first session. Our first session will be spent getting to know each other and learning about what kind of support you need. We will set some goals and make a rough plan for our work together.
